Privacy Policy

Yabu Games · Effective date: 2026-07-17 · Last updated: 2026-09-22

This policy covers the mobile games published by Yabu Games ("we"). It explains what information our games collect, who processes it and what choices you have. Section 2 lists which services each game uses; the rest of the policy applies to all of them.

1. Apps covered

Our games do not require an account and never ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location. Game progress (levels, coins, unlocked content) is stored locally on your device. We do not run our own game servers and keep no database of players.

2. Services per app

Third-party services process data under their own privacy policies:

5. Purchases

Where a game offers in-app purchases (see Section 2), all payments are processed by Google Play or Apple. We never see or store your card details. Purchases are optional; every game can be finished without them.

6. Children

Our games are made for a general audience and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where the ad SDK is aware that a user may be a child, ads are served in line with Google Play Families, Apple’s Kids policies and applicable child-protection law (COPPA, GDPR-K). If you believe a child has provided personal data, write to us and we will ask our providers to delete it.

7. Retention and deletion

How to request deletion of your data

This applies to Kupi Cube, published by Yabu Games. We have no accounts and no servers of our own, so there is nothing to sign in to — deletion is handled in two steps:

  1. Delete local game data yourself: uninstall the game, or open Android Settings → Apps → Kupi Cube → Storage → Clear data. This erases your progress, coins, purchases record and settings from the device immediately and permanently.
  2. Ask us to forward a request to our providers: email yabugames1@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion — Kupi Cube” and include your advertising ID (Android Settings → Privacy → Ads). We forward it to Google AdMob and GameAnalytics within 7 days and confirm by email.

8. Permissions

Our games request only:

They do not request camera, microphone, contacts, storage or precise location.

9. Security

Everything the SDKs above send travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

10. Contact and changes

Questions or requests about this policy: yabugames1@gmail.com

If the policy changes (for example when a game adds a new SDK), the new version is published at this address with an updated date at the top, and material changes are noted in the store listing.
